I am a fourth year psychiatry resident at a large community hospital in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. I have been a long-distance runner for 20 years and completed races ranging from 2 miles to 43 miles. Currently, I am completing a one-year fellowship in Integrative Psychiatry. I have advanced training in women’s mental health and sports psychiatry. I am passionate about ending stigma regarding mental health amongst athletes and helping athletes find emotional wellness.
Endurance Psychiatry is rooted in science and current best practices for athletes of all sports and skill levels, including both conventional and integrative medicine.
